A Title Boundary Re-establishment Survey is used where you need to know the position of your Title Boundary ‘on the ground’. Useful when building on or near a boundary, or when replacing boundary fencing. These surveys can also be undertaken prior to purchasing a property to identify any discrepancies between the Title Boundaries and the boundary occupation.

A Title Boundary Re-establishment Survey will determine the relationship between the existing boundary occupation and the Title boundaries, as well as identify the location of any Easements that may exist on Title.

Following the Title Boundary Re-establishment Survey we are also able to place Title pegs or other marks to identify the Title Boundaries to aid in future building or re-fencing works
